Service: WE Connect Families provides transportation services to correctional facilities in New York State. All bookings are subject to availability and admin confirmation.
Confirmation Required: Your booking must be confirmed by our admin team before your trip is finalized. You will receive an SMS confirmation once approved.
Check-In: Customers must check in on the day of travel using the same name used during booking. Check-in can be completed at https://weconnectfamilies.vercel.app by clicking "Check In" in the navigation menu.
Cancellations: To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us at (347) 967-6711 or (646) 226-2433.
No-Show Policy: If you do not check in or arrive at the designated pickup location on time, your reservation may be forfeited.
